Terms of service

1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you purchase goods via our webstore https://pltackle.se. The terms are binding between you and Perchlodge Tackle Shop, reg. no. 820111-2938. Our full company and contact details can be found at the end of these terms.

If you need to contact us, send an email to kontakt@pltackle.se with your inquiry and contact details and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Ordering

When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about products, price, billing and delivery address.

If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation you must contact us immediately by email to kontakt@pltackle.se.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 1–3 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

If delivery delays occur (without prior notice of longer lead time) you should contact us at: kontakt@pltackle.se.

4. Prices

All prices in the shop are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices caused by supplier price changes, typographical errors in the price list or incorrect pricing due to faulty information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal

When buying goods on the website you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal which applies from the time you have received an ordered item.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notice must be sent to kontakt@pltackle.se. Your notice should clearly state your name, address, email, order number and which items the return concerns.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
  • You are responsible for return postage, delivery and the condition of the products when returning; products should therefore be well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • For the refund amount we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to any reduction in value compared with the item’s original value for used or damaged products.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products that consist of sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or products with a clear personal imprint requested by you.
  • Services fully performed where you have expressly consented to the service beginning without a right of withdrawal.
  • Goods which can quickly deteriorate, such as foodstuffs.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and claims

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is nevertheless damaged or incorrectly delivered when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation to remedy the fault at no cost.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?

Any faults and defects must always be reported to kontakt@pltackle.se where you state your name, address, email, order number and a description of the fault.

If we cannot remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We pay return postage for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it appears that the item is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

7. Limitation of liability

We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product.

We accept no liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from a supplier.

Furthermore, no liability is accepted for any changes to products/product features made by the respective supplier and other factors outside our control.

8. Product information

We reserve the right for possible typographical errors on this website and for sold-out products. We do not guarantee that images reproduce the exact appearance of products as some colour variation may occur due to screen, photo quality and resolution. We always do our best to present products as accurately as possible.

9. Information about Cookies

Under the law on electronic information, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information in cookies can be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file the website you visit requests to save on your computer to enable various functions. You can set your browser to automatically refuse cookies. 10. Personal data

By shopping at Perchlodge Tackle Shop you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or disclose your data to third parties without legal basis.

Perchlodge Tackle Shop is responsible for processing personal data you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – to tailor marketing to your individual needs.

Below is a summary of how, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we store and process your data.

10.1 What is personal data?

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

10.2 What data do we store?

To handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service) we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address and purchase history.

Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process it, for example to fulfil the contract between us or to comply with a legal obligation under accounting law.

10.3 Legal basis

In connection with a purchase your personal data is processed to fulfil the contract with you.
Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings are sent after your consent.

10.4 What data is shared and for what purpose?

  • 10.4.1 Payment provider
    When a purchase is made, information is shared with our payment provider. Stored data includes first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, personal identity number is also stored by the payment provider. The information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
    The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna, Swish, Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal.
  • 10.4.2 Carriers
    To be able to deliver your orders and fulfil our contract we must share specific information with the carrier. Data shared with the carrier includes first and last name and delivery address. Email and/or mobile number may also be shared with the carrier for delivery notifications.
    The carrier we cooperate with is: Postnord.
  • 10.4.3 Newsletter
    If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
    We use Mailchimp for newsletter distribution.

10.5 Right of access

You have the right to receive an extract of all information we hold about you. Extracts are provided electronically in a readable format.

10.6 Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or to complete incomplete information.

10.7 Right to be forgotten

You may request deletion of data concerning you at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, for example if data must be retained to fulfil a legal obligation (e.g. under accounting law).

10.8 Data controller

Perchlodge Tackle Shop is responsible for storage and processing of personal data in the webstore and ensures that the rules are followed.

10.9 How we protect your personal data

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information like personal data and passwords securely.

11. Changes to the General Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website.

12. Dispute and choice of law

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). For residents of another EU country than Sweden you can submit complaints online via the EU Commission’s dispute resolution platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In the event of a dispute we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
