Customize your hard baits with Beastly Tuning Weights
When perch are picky and your hard bait isn’t behaving—maybe it rises too fast, or won’t reach the right depth—Beastly Tuning Weights can be the answer.
Beastly Tuning Weights are an adjustable weight system you attach to the belly loop of your hard bait. By trimming the weight down in small steps you can dial in the lure’s action and depth with precision. That lets you fine-tune everything from slow float to slow sink, which is often critical when fish are sluggish or cautious.

How it works
You mount the weight on the belly loop—either into the ring or directly into the loop, depending on the lure’s construction. Start with the full weight (1.5 g), test it in the water, then trim a little at a time until the lure has exactly the action you want:
- Slow sinking (slow sink)
- Suspending in the water column (suspend)
- Slow floating (slow float)
It also works for smaller lures such as the Beastly Minnow Finesse – as long as you work carefully and adjust both weight and profile.

Keeping the lure "fishing" even when it’s motionless can be decisive. Beastly Tuning Weights give you that control—and the chance of more strikes when it matters.
